1. Open the on-screen menu using the joystick on the back of your monitor.
2. Set brightness to 0.
   • Scroll to the brightness option and reduce it all the way down to zero.
3. Set contrast to 0.
   • Immediately after brightness, adjust the contrast to zero as well.
4. Do not exit the menu.
   • Stay in the same menu screen after adjusting brightness and contrast.
5. Access the service menu.
   • While still in the menu, press and hold the joystick button for 5–10 seconds.
