MG University Complaint and Escalation Process
Due to COVID crisis and lockdown, there has been a significant delay in processing application or getting response from university. Also, the university is working with limited number of staffs. However, if there is no update on your application for more than three months you can use one of below options to escalate or raise a formal complaint against the university.
Option 1: Contact the university
There are several option to contact the university and all these are documented in below article. Contact the section that is handling you application to know the status or contact university helpline numbers.
Option 2: Log a complaint on University student grievance portal.
You can log a complaint on student Student’s Grievances Portal here with details of your application https://www.mgu.ac.in/grievances/.
There is also another Grievances Portal available here https://cap.mgu.ac.in/grievance/Publicpg/account_creation.
Option 3: Raise complaint with Registrar and Pro Vice Chancellor
You can raise complaint directly with registrar and pro vice Chancellor via email.

The link to raise complaint is not working, so i have sent mail to registrar@mgu.ac.in, pro@mgu.ac.in, promgu@gmail.com more than a week back, but there is no response. Any ways to know why my transcripts are not being send to the required location, it’s more than a month since this request was raised.
Call the section for your college at the university. If not able to reach them, go directly to the university and check with the section office.
If I’m in foreign country how could I able to come there for the university’s irresponsible behaviour.

I am only requesting to send my official transcripts from your official mail id directly to the university in Canada where I am planning to do my master’s. The classes start on January 2022. Unless and until it reaches them my application will be on hold. Kindly advise.

Respect sir I’m a student of 2017-2020 private registration b.a history . Please publish the supply results as soon as possible because if the university keep on lagging the results it affects our future .
