Guinness verification of Degree Certificate (optional)

WES also require a color copy of your degree certificate send by you apart from transcript from University. However, recently WES has started asking for re-verification of Degree Certificate send by the candidate due to increased fraud. In order to complete the re-verification, University will ask to apply for “Guinness verification of Degree Certificate”. To reduce the chance of WES asking for re-verification and save time later, you can apply for Guinness verification of Degree Certificate along with the transcript and same send to WES instead of you sending the copy of the certificate.

Did you try the emails? You can also try escalating to Assitant registrar or Pro vice-chancellor. Last option would be to go university.

The university helpline numbers are proving to be useless.
One should be so lucky to get a connection. I called them and got connected but before I cleared my query they disconnected it and later are not attending to it.
    Is the university open now.
Could we go there directly and present the application and fee receipt as it was earlier.

The official announcement from university was only essential service are available at university. All others should be applied online or through postal. I think there is also visitor restrictions.

Was anyone able to contact the University in any of the given numbers? I have tried all these numbers a LOT of times, and many are not connecting, and the many are just ringing and ringing without anyone answering.

I have tried the contact form on the website too, and have not received any response from that either.

Is there ANY way to contact the university to get the status of the application? Does anyone know numbers that work?

(I am trying to get BTech transcripts from RIT, Kottayam, but the pdf given does not seem to contain a phone number for this)

I had already made payment for my official transcript in e payment page of mg University.
I didn’t know about the online application then. Now when I try to apply for the certificate via online they lead to payment portal again. When I contacted the university, they told me to enter the transaction no. But I cant find anywhere to enter the same.
    Please help.

For online application, you need to pay online to complete the application. I would suggest checking with the university again to confirm where is the option to enter transaction no: and complete the online application without payment.
