In order to complete the re-verification, University will ask to apply for “Guinness verification of Degree Certificate”. To reduce the chance of WES asking for re-verification and save time later, you can apply for Guinness verification of Degree Certificate along with the transcript and same send to WES instead of you sending the copy of the certificate.

  1. Should I need to come to the university for the WES process or shall I do everything by online? And, if I do everything by online should I need to come to university for the submission of documents or shall I send it through post?

  2. I can apply online for the transcript of my graduation course as it was done as a regular course. But post graduation was done in off campus mode.
Can I apply for postgraduate transcripts postal and graduate transcript online at the same time?? Or should I go with postal application for both? How to proceed with this?

    1. Yes you can. You need two separate transcript for both courses processed by two different departments.

  3. Reg:
Degree certificate or Provisional certificate as applicable. (Front and Back Self Attested)
How to attach the front and back copy separately?
Or Need to combine both sides as JPEG and attach ?

  4. I am asked to submit my transcript in a 3 week period but during this time i believe that it will be hard for the university to send the transcript via postal, i would like to know if the university can send the transcript via email so that the process will be take in the respective time.

    1. Postal is working fine and university is processing transcripts. But there will be delay due to lockdown and pending transcript applications. University is sending reverification request via email to WES but not transcripts.

      1. From my experience, 5 months since WES request was raised and not yet dispatched. The officer in charge asked to contact after the lockdown and no one seems to have any option of tracing what’s the status without the person in charge actually going to the university which is going to be after the lockdown. So that’s an indefinite delay and time factor has lost all essence.
Recently WES had sent an email notification to all Indian users to ask their universities to send the documents online and have given multiple options including email. Has MGU started using the online options yet?

If your institution does not have an electronic transmission partnership, please ask them to initiate one. They can email Aditi at digitalinquiries@wes.org to get started.
